The Smart Trader app is an AI trading assistant and educational tool, not a broker or portfolio manager. Our focus is on AI trading insights, risk management tools, and educational content for traders who may choose to open accounts with regulated brokers such as CFI, XM, EVEST and Exness in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan and beyond.

1. Definitions

  • “App”, “Smart Trader”, “we”, “our”, “us” means the Smart Trader mobile application and related website(s), including smarttrader.cloud, operating as part of the ForexMarketPlace.org ecosystem.

  • “Crypto wallet for subscription” is a dedicated wallet to receive digital asset payments for subscription fees only, not for trading capital or investment management.

Depending on how you use the Smart Trader app and website, we may collect the following categories of information:

4. Sharing your data with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share certain information with third parties under specific circumstances:

  • Payment service providers and crypto gateways: to process your subscription payments and verify that fees have been paid, including via a crypto wallet for subscription.
  • Regulated brokers (CFI, XM, EVEST, Exness, etc.): where you open accounts through our official referral links, and where there is an IB relationship, we may receive aggregated or statistical information about account openings and general trading activity. However, we do not receive your full trade-by-trade details or your broker login credentials.
  • Analytics and technical providers: who help us understand how users interact with Smart Trader so we can improve performance and user experience. Data is usually aggregated or pseudonymized.
